Match report Allscott 2nd Team for this penultimate fixture of the season were entertaining Reman Services who were inflict a heavy defeat of 208 runs on this much weakened side.

Having won the toss Allscott asked Reman Services to bat first and with only two front line bowlers it was going to be a long afternoon for the home side as the visitors were to post a very large score of 348 for the loss of 6 wickets. With six bowlers used the only wicket takers were Chris Dean 2 for 24, Harry Bridger with his first second team wicket 1 for 42, John Watson 1 for 60 and the unlucky Dan Brentnall 2 for 81.

The batting reply was to handed a blow by Chris Dean being dismissed on the very first ball of the innings, this was to set the tone for the rest of the batting performance as only two other batsmen were to record a score than 10. Terry Brentnall 28 and John Watson 29. This was to round off a thoroughly dissapointing afternoon for the home team as they were all out for 140.
